Honey Bee Cottage is tucked away on a quiet side street right in Savannah’s South Historic District, so you’ll be in the heart of everything while still enjoying some peace and quiet. Your walk to Forsyth Park takes you down a few lovely blocks of E. Hall Street, lined with beautiful historic homes. Along the way, you’ll pass a local favorite coffee shop and bakery called Mate Factor, and just a bit farther is Saint Bibiana, a fantastic Italian spot. As you enter Forsyth Park, you’ll see The Collins Quarter, known for its amazing brunch and great atmosphere. Heading the other way brings you to Mother Mathilda Beasley Park and several of the city’s charming historic squares. It’s really an ideal location to experience the best of Savannah. Incredibly walkable with all the conveniences you may need (groceries, coffee, restaurants and a local liquor store - Johnny Ganem’s).
